Jim's Plan to break up Pam and Roy

Jim presents himself as being a friend to Pam, but is trying to get Pam to socialize with him by lying to her, and is also trying to alienate Roy from coming upstairs

He tries to subtly undermine Pam, and make sure she feels indebted to him
.
He may even by trying to find any health conditions she has to use in his evil plans
.
